Starry Night
Lighting and Scenic Designer, Carpenter, Painter
For my high school senior capstone, I decided to combine my love of fine art with my enthusiasm for theatrical art to create an art instillation in my high school's 40' proscenium auditorium.

I drafted three buildings, a cypress tree, a light plot, and custom gobos in AutoCAD and then built, painted, hung, focused, and programmed the project all within a week with the assistance of the TD of my theater Scott Kimmins.

The result was a beautiful theatrical audio-visual experience of Starry Night by Vincent VanGogh! I learned so many techniques and problem solving skills through this project which eventually landed me a "distinguished" rating by the judges and faculty!
